Keepmi (keepmi.app) is a digital event platform that lets organizers build an invitation and guest space, and lets guests confirm attendance and leave video, photo, or text wishes.

Account data: name, email, password (stored encrypted) — when you register or sign in via Google/Facebook.
Event and guest data: event name, date, venue, guest names, RSVP responses, and their uploaded video/photo/text wishes.
Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe — we don't store card numbers, only plan/order information.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, usage statistics (via PostHog, only after your consent through the cookie banner).
To provide the service — running the invitation and guest space, collecting RSVPs, generating the film/album.
To communicate with you — answering your requests, informing you about billing or plan changes.
To improve the service — anonymous usage statistics (only with consent).
Supabase — database and authentication.
Stripe — payment processing.
PostHog — anonymous usage analytics (only with consent).
Google / Facebook — only if you choose to sign in via their account (OAuth).
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
Free plan: text content is kept for 1 week after the event.
Standard plan: video, photos, and the album are kept for 6 months after the event.
Premium plan: 12 months after the event.
Account data is kept as long as the account is active, or until you request its deletion.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or transfer your data, and to restrict its processing (GDPR).
