If you'd like us to delete your Keepmi account and related data (including if you signed in via Google or Facebook), follow these steps.

Email us
Send an email to info@keepmi.app from the same address you registered with (or mention it in the email), with the subject “Data deletion”.

We'll confirm your request
Within 3 business days we'll reply confirming we received your request, and if needed, ask you to verify your identity.

We'll delete your data
Within 30 days of confirmation we'll permanently delete your account, created events, invitations, guest lists, and uploaded photo/video files from our systems (Supabase).

What may remain
Billing/payment records that we're legally required to keep will be retained only for the period required by law, then deleted as well.
