Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-20

1. Who we are

Keepmi (keepmi.app) is operated by Code art, MB, company code 307111383, registered address Giedraičių g. 39, LT-07164 Vilnius, Lithuania (“we”, “Keepmi”).

By using the Keepmi platform, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of the service

Keepmi is a digital event platform: organizers build an invitation and guest space for their event (e.g. a wedding or birthday), and invited guests can confirm attendance (RSVP) and leave video, photo, or text wishes.

The scope of the service depends on the selected plan (Free, Standard, Premium) — see keepmi.app/dashboard/plans for details.

3. Pricing and payment

Standard and Premium plans are billed as a one-time payment per event, in euros (EUR), processed via Stripe.

Once paid, the plan is activated immediately for your event. We do not store your card details — these are handled directly by Stripe.

4. Right of withdrawal and refunds

The Standard/Premium plan grants access to digital content that is activated immediately upon payment. By paying, you agree that performance of the service begins immediately.

If your event hasn't taken place yet and you haven't meaningfully used the paid plan's features, you may request a refund within 14 days of payment at info@keepmi.app — we review each request individually.

After the event date or once the service has been substantially used, refunds are not provided, except where the service failed due to our fault.

5. User obligations

You agree to provide accurate information, not upload unlawful, offensive, or copyright-infringing content, and to use the platform only for lawful purposes.

You are responsible for the security of your account login credentials.

6. Content and intellectual property

Content you (as organizer or guest) upload — photos, videos, text — remains your property. You grant us a non-exclusive license to store and display it within your event space in order to provide the service.

The Keepmi brand, design, and software belong to Code art, MB.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from service disruptions, third-party service availability (Stripe, Supabase), or user-uploaded content.

Our liability is in any case limited to the amount paid for the relevant event.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; significant changes will be published on this page with a new update date.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation, and failing that, before the Lithuanian courts with jurisdiction over Code art, MB's registered address.

EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
